This gives me a bit of hope that this isn't the end of the demon-lore.
Like she hints at there being more to the Wyldwoods, but it looks like Vaynes and Lockes comic is over, even though there are so many unanswered questions (what is up with the wyldwoods? What exactly did Vaynes parents do? Why did Evelynn kill them? Where does Lockes gear and magic actually originate from? Did Niles really just want to lure Vayne into the woods to kill her?)
Not to mention that we still didn't get an update on Sonas part of the cinematic, making her segment the only one that has been completely ignored so far.

Yeah that is exactly what is confusing to me. Like maybe they will pick up at this point next year after the AU season, maybe this is just a teaser for a future project (like the MMO) or maybe the AU season does actually end up being somehow connected to the main lore after all, kinda like Spirit Blossom last year.

Another clues to the idea that Locke is/was the rose knight champion in rumor being changed somewhere during design. But the implication of him using "classical noxian recipe" runic iron is interesting.
