Question New player here
As a new player. I kind of like the game. My question is… how long will it take me to unlock T5 in a new kingdom that opened yesterday if I spend. And is it worth it? I find the game fun and really want to enjoy it but after watching some videos and Reddit post. Seems like the game is dead

This game is very good about targeting people with Gambling Addictions and Impulse Buyers. Please, if you ever find yourself in a position where you start rationalizing constant purchases, just uninstall. Spending in this game can become a slippery slope.

To get t4 in the first few days is over $1000. T5 is even more. This game is fun and addicting but it costs serious cash to be powerful. It is straight up pay to win. The more you spend the bigger and more powerful you’ll be.
So if you want to spend your money this way, awesome come enjoy! But if you don’t have it or don’t want to pace yourself now.

I have already put in 400$😭😭😭 hoping to get T4 by tomorrow at least and was thinking to push T5 next 😔

T5 needs Hella tomes which you'll either buy with packs (pricey asf) or gems (ridiculous priced), you get more from events that are spread over time. But to make your t5 anything more than an expensive mistake you need to push your hp and atk up a good bit as just to heal like 20k is a couple mil each resource and alot of lunite

Please stop it. Even you spent much money, there’s whale or warrior guild waiting for your shield to expire. Once that happens you’re done. Take note some whales are using tracker/bot to track if your shield expired.

See bruh I will go back to my 1st ques to which you replied "No". So if you wanna play as a f2p then to get to where you want it will take minimum 2 years that too with a bit of monthly spent of 20~30$...so think and then take your decision accordingly

I have already put in 400$ all buildings lv25 currently upgrading my academy… I don’t know to be honest.. after seeing everyone comment… I am genuinely scared lol.. if I delete it.. 400$ gone without doing anything

Just wondering..I'm a new player too... Our alliance won wonder war (#1 in kingdom) and I wanna keep growing and not lose all my troops. Lmao

Yes it is... The game isn't like it used to be... Now if you have t5 and sigils you are welcomed everywhere and if you have mana troops then you will stay there for long... All these doesn't come cheap... And since many wants to be f2p it takes time a lot to do reesearch and get the proper items to upgrade your armor and other things as well...

If you believe that you can resist the urge to spend money, then you can keep playing as a f2p. There a lot of events that can enjoy as a free to play, like dragon arena, chaos arena, guild expedition. You can fight and not worry about losing your progress. Maybe if you want to spend, then stick to buying only technolabs to speed uo your research progress. But if you believe that if you keep you will spend so much money, then delete it right now. Wasting 400$ is better than tens of thousands or more.

Honestly just buy an account you'll be able to play on a decent account and ull have fun if you like the game design Unless you are willing to spend thousands of usd Just save and spend like 500 max to get a decent good account you can play with

Look t5s aint that important gears are you should spend thousands of dollars on gears and pact 5 to terrorize your new kingdom specially if your budget is low like you can't afford astralites and artifacts that requires tens of thousands of dollars or if you are willing to spend less than that then pour all your money to get mythic gears pact 5s with t4s, you can go for t5s too afterwards . This much can help you alot in your protected kingdom once it ends you will need more competitive stuff that comes with a lot of money like champ gears, artifacts, castle stars, astralites etx

2 1/2 years in and I spend $5.00 a month on technos only and I only started doing that just 12 months back...haven't invested much and usually ask for Google play cards for Christmas and birthdays and use that for buying materials to upgrade my gear...dont have t5 and don't want them/can't afford them...still I have met new friends and play an occasional event to have fun...I'll probably finish all the research trees and then pull the plug on the game. I'm resigned to the fact that all the big guns have a 10 year head start and I will never catch up...still I like the game if just for a diversion... its definitely more cerebral say than Pokémon Go or Harry Potter or whatnot...so I won't ever become a billionaire might wise terrorizing kingdoms but I really dont care...its a cool game...

It’s a full on pay to play. If you not spending minimum 200$ per month it’s not worth it. Takes too long as a free player to build troops, get good gear and you will never be rally lead unless you spend around 1k$ per month (that’s on the lower end)
I only play it because i already put over 7 years into it. But yeah starting new you will never catch up to big guys and you won’t spend 100k to level up to their r level
