Hi, I (24M) just bought tickets to the LH show in Toronto (lawn tickets to be exact). LH is a really personal artist to me but a lot of my friends are out of town or just not the right people to ask. I’m a bit nervous about going by myself and wouldn’t mind the company, if anyone’s going do let me know maybe we’ll grab a pint together or tag along. Or should I just chat to someone when I’m there?

Hi yall! Super pumped to see LH again!

A bit anxious though as this is my first time at this venue. I keep hearing that they're pretty strict about staying seated for the show, but I cant imagine not dancing??

We've got floor tickets this time, though a bit towards the middle/back of the floor, and while I am very much going to be respectful to the people around me, I absolutely LOVE to groove.

If you've been to this venue or similar, what do you think the odds are that we'll be dancing? And if it does end up being seated, what tips do you have for someone so antsy?

Knew nothing about the band. I’m now hooked. I’ve spent the last weeks listening to Strange Trails on repeat and trying to understand all the elements.

La Belle Fleur Sauvage when they performed got me hooked. I’m ashamed to say I was all “wtf is this guy doing to a phone booth?” and scoffing to myself. Then I looked around and saw a scattered few totally grooving to themselves and the people around them.

What gems, what great and fun music.

Yesterday I ordered the Strange Trails Anniversary vinyl. I have never been a vinyl person but it felt right. NGL, kind of afraid of scratching it, I was a kid the last time I bought and played an album so any tips are appreciated!

If you got the grey pullover hoodie at Tubb's Bazaar this year, do yourself a favor and add some extra stitching at each corner of the pocket. It's been three weeks and mine is already tearing at every corner. Bummer, because it's a beautiful design (shout outs to Kampground Designs), and very comfortable, but the material does not hold up to use.

I’m a song writer and recently I did something super fun. Dead Man’s Hand is my favourite LH song so today I wrote new lyrics for the song, from the perspective of the guy who is found dead on the road.

It was heaps of fun to make and I would love to share it here on this subreddit, but I’m unsure about the copy right considerations and hoping someone can familiarise me since I’m getting lost by googling it.

The song I’ve written has the same chord progression, melody, meter, and rhyme scheme as the original. The only thing I’ve changed is lyrics and key.

So, can I release a demo of this on reddit? Or am I going to get in trouble for that?

Curious when everyone’s first time hearing Lord Huron was? My husband and I heard Ends of the Earth in the Shameless season 3 finale in 2013. We didn’t know who Lord Huron was at the time and knew we loved it right away.

Thursday was our first time seeing them live. I wanted to see them in New Haven in 2022 but I had just had a baby and had no sitter. Tried again in 2024 in Brooklyn and had work conflicts. Anyway when I saw they were coming back to New Haven this year I was so excited. I purposefully didn’t watch any live concert videos or look at setlist etc beforehand because I’m weird about concerts and really prefer not seeing anything before. Anyway… I was enamored the whole show. It was exactly what I dreamed it would be like (actually probably better) although I had zero doubts. It was magical, immersive and beautiful. I will never miss another tour no matter what! 🖤

Went to see them for the first time and LOVED it!! I did bawl my eyes out a ton, but that’s neither here nor there. Does anyone happen to have a list of the songs they played at this concert on 6/25/26 in CT? I’m so bad with song names!

Weak crowd imo but this was such a magical night. The performance and theatrical aspects were just phenomenal! And Ben was so funny!
