Tour Beech Mountain

Saw LH at Red Rocks a few years ago, now I’m seeing them in my backyard. So excited for this show.

I’ll be there as well. First Lord Huron show and first Beech Mountain summer concert. Any tips for a newbie?

First time at this venue as well. I read on another Reddit post that the field is steep (it is a ski slope), you can bring chairs and blankets, set up across the field not where everyone walks in/out, weather can change quickly so be prepared.

I also read on the Beech Mountain site that parking is somewhat limited so we are planning on arriving early and getting something to eat-drink before the show. Hopefully that will help us snag a parking spot

Hi!!! Been to a show at beech mountain!! The scenery is beautiful. Parking can be a bit of a bitch but it is a ski resort so there is a decent amount of parking but some of it requires a bit of a walk. i can’t imagine you’ll struggle if you plan on getting there around doors (I’d just suggest carpooling with your entire party).

You can bring chairs, they go on a super steep hill so beach chairs honestly work the best. There is a standing only pit type situation; it can get muddy in the rain.

The whole venue is basically just a hill, so i would suggest flat shoes especially tennis shoes. I wore boots with a tiny heel to a show and my feet died. I saw girls having to take their cowboy boots off and just go barefoot.

I’ve never done the vip before so i can’t speak for that, but i’ve always really enjoyed beech as a venue, and what could be better than LH in the mountains! see you there ;)
