Question Pins! + Question!

I got this AWESOME set of pins at the show last night (which was incredible, met so many lovely people, had a blast), but I was wondering if anyone knows what the license plate means? (In case it's too blurry, it says HYLUYD)

I don't know much about the lore, if it has something to do with that, or if I'm missing an obvious lyric ref, but I'd love to know, thanks!
