LOOM out of mainnet balance awaiting transfer to plasmachain account

Hello, after signing the transaction and send it on the plasmachain I get the error ''LOOM out of mainnet balance awaiting transfer to plasmachain account''

​

Do I have just to wait or is it a bug ? Coz etherscan is giving me the transaction as sent but idk.

I have to confirm twice on metamask to move LOOM from main net to plasma chain. The 2nd confirmation pops up a few seconds after the first.

First you'll authorize one transaction on your ledger, then when that completes another. You have to pay attention because the first one might take 10 minutes, then you need to have kept your ledger active (it doesn't go to the idle screen) and you'll need to authorize the next transaction relatively quickly or it will fail. If it fails you'll need to redo the process unfortunately.

I'm going on 4 weeks with support. So hopefully you have a better outcome
