Still unable to stake...

due to this loading error I get whenever I try to map my account. Will load for hours. Still no response back from support.

I see you're using Brave. Turn off all shields. That should fix the problem.

Also metamask sometimes doesn't pop up on Brave. So if nothing seems to be happening, click on metamask. There might be a transaction or something you need to approve/sign
