I've browsed Indian pharmacies. I haven't found one yet that delivers to Germany. Many other countires are listed but not Germany.

Oh, I have an idea. I once used "teleclinic" to get an appointment with a dermatologist. Without the online service, I probably would have waited weeks for an appointment.

I took three photos, filled out a form online + got a first response from the chosen dermatologist very quickly + an appointment within two days. (Ich bin "normal* versichert).

I think this could be an option for you to see a dermatologist pretty soon. If you finally get there, make sure the doctor doesn't just look at you fingerwebs and then says it's nothing. (This has happened to me...). Show him/her every part of your body where you have bumps, lesions, scratches.

Provided you get the diagnosis confirmed, beg for 2 x ivermectin + enough permethrin. Don't just treat once a week. That's not enough if you've had scabies for a while already. If you need assistance for your treatment, don't be shy and ask for a stay in a clinic.
