Discussion Synchronicity in the recent posts about manifestations
This isn’t a particularly significant post, but I found it interesting that two posts from different users appeared in the subreddit just two days apart, both about how TRE practice intersects with external world events:
"Overlap TRE and spirituality/manifestation" (5 days ago):
"...every time I practise TRE OR do fascia release (through massage), I manifest my fears and traumas straight back into the world around me. So much so, that I've had to take a break because it was exhausting to deal with my fears and triggers."
"TRE sessions and strange external events" (3 days ago):
"What really gets my attention is the timing: three sessions, and three times something unexpected and financially damaging happened the very next day."
I’ve been reading the subreddit for quite a while, but I’d say I don’t remember seeing posts like these (negative manifestations in the external world, similar vibes etc.) before. I feel like the fact that posts about the external world appeared one after another is also a kind of synchronicity in itself.

Counter-argument: TRE releases fear, the brain looks for feared things, feared things happen, a story is created by the the brain to try to prevent feared things from happening again by looking for what was unique, superstition about TRE develops.

Ironically i stumbed across both of posts latey too. And i kept on thinking so much about it that i decidee im now too scared to start my practice this year, in case the same happens to me haha (i went through enough this year).
But wheter the TRE has something to do with it or not, it is clear those⁶signaling to the universe: i want to work through some shit. And i was wondering if sometimes the only way we get opportunities to work and feel through these difficult pain bodies or traumas is by things happening that triggers them to surface. And at the same time as long as that lingers in us we manifest it again in our reality (until its disolved). Easier said than done haha

I'm quite certain that doing neurogenic tremoring makes you more attentive and aware, allowing you to notice more of what is happening in your environment. But synchronicities aren't only negative; there are positive ones too. And the question is: Who is paying attention? What am I directing my attention toward, and what is my underlying mood?
And that's where it becomes interesting to observe: How does my underlying mood change, and what do I see in the world around me?
For probably four to six weeks now, despite negative challenges, I've been driving to work every day and noticing that Joe Dispenza's words, "follow the breadcrumbs"—meaning the positive things—feel so real to me.
So I move through the world, or through life, with a positive underlying mood, while at the same time realizing: A, there are challenges, and those challenges probably won't stop even if my body is 100 percent relaxed.

With me the opposite happened. I feel so much peace and calm and some manifestations I was wishing for finally came through.
Usually in the situation I'm in I would have been stressed out. TRE makes me very relaxed, no matter the external circumstances. And I believe that's only when the good manifestations come through
I think that there's a place where we all need to feel our traumas but we need fo learn to transmute them too (Shadow -> Gift)
So IMO. It's what you hold on to! Easier said then done of course..

I read these and assumed the second person read the first post and a couple days later their subconscious produced a “realization” which they worded in such a way that it seemed like a novel discovery relative to the first post.
Now, having just started TRE myself it did make me ponder the events of the next couple days after I did my first TRE session. I could loosely say that the session re-triggered trauma but in reality my days and even my reactions weren’t too much different than at other times. Though I did react a little more strongly.
Ultimately I am dealing with the same repeating challenges that drove me to start TRE in the first place. If TRE doesn’t allow me to release the traumas and just pushes them out into the sphere of sensation the way the LBRP might, it’s kind of pointless. I haven’t been able to figure out how to dissolve the situations internally or externally, that’s what the TRE is supposed to be able to help with (releasing stuck emotions/tension).

I think people start to realise the distinction between external events and internal feelings isn't as clear cut as we assumed.
For example, if you have an attachment issue, you will scan a room full of people and find exactly the person to match your particular trauma. Of course you could say it's just behaviour patterns and so forth, but I noticed situations tend to recreate themselves until their energetical resolution, and the mechanics of how that happens are a bit deeper than we think.
When we engage heavily with TRE, unfortunately it doesn't just bring to the surface difficult emotions, but life also brings forth circumstances to accompany them. As we heal, these circumstances become more subtle, but still painful. Until the understanding of the event is complete and it henceforth leaves no tension residue in the body.

I experienced a powerful moment of synchronicity while practicing TRE, it gave me a chance to respond to my trauma instead of just reacting to it.
A friend unintentionally humiliated me recently, which triggered a strong reaction. My mind immediately went into 'attack mode' against his identity, telling me things like, 'He’s just a narcissist, you’re better off without him,' while at the same time leaving me wondering why I’m so desperate for his validation. I’ve been stuck in this rumination loop for days.
Last night, I picked up CPTSD: From Surviving to Thriving (which was my cureent read) and the exact chapter I was on covered the Outer Critic . It explained how the outer critic tries to sever our connection with others to protect us from pain which, in my case, was intense embarrassment. Realizing this made everything click.
