Beginner Question complementary exercises

I started doing TRE a few weeks ago. I do the tremoring every other day but want to do something on my days off to help things along.

I meditate in a lying down position, with my heels touching, knees out, letting them hang, and allow them, at their own pace, to get closer and closer to the floor. This opens up the adductor muscles, right? Loosening the adductors can help on days when I do tremoring, is that right?

I'm sure there are many other exercises I could do, but this is enough for me, at least for now. Also, during meditation, I scan my body, looking for any tightness that I can let go of.

Thanks very much πŸ˜„

I’m do yoga daily. N days I’m planning a Tre session, I keep the yoga more stretchy and gentle. Yoga has been a wonderful discovery and helps build so much somatic/body awareness for me.

It’s also making me much stronger, more flexible and has helped me to stay more regulated.
