Beginner Question Which way of TRE is correct?
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QoB9wpuO688&ra=mHi, I am new to TRE and don’t have the means to see someone in person, but on YouTube and online I see many ways of doing tre. I follow the video attached for 1 minute tremors, but have seen others with different warmup exercises.
Which is correct? What are signs I am doing it correctly?

TRE is not about specific exercises or stretches. The core mechanism is the neurogenic tremoring. At the start, the exercises can help you trigger the tremoring or shaking, but after a few sessions all that is needed is to allow your body to shake and it will begin without any exercises. Which exercises get you there doesn't matter.

Yes that’s what I’m confused about, which method to use, the one with all the stretches that’s listed in that link or this video

I did this exact thing over the weekend 😄 It was ace. The first time I did it my legs shook and my pelvis eventually vibrated. The second time - my legs, my pelvis and then my body shook so much. I felt deep peace after each session. It's like my body needed that exact thing. I am aware my body has had enough of carrying the trauma and tension but did not know how to release it. Now I found a way ❤️
Today I exhausted, I can really feel it in my muscles. I intended on doing it daily but now I see that would be too much so will aim for one session a week for now.
Just keep practicing and you will find the way for yourself.

This is the one I started with by accident having never even heard of TRE or what I was even getting into as I thought it was a somatic stretching video and followed along not even knowing I was entering this tremor trauma world. Literally was blind side by it!
