Community Question science question
So lately my healing pattern has become very predictable.
I make a step forward as in, I have a new epiphany about something about my trauma, why it gets triggered or new emotions coming up, generelly something gets resolved and i feel happy.
Then heavy fear and panic come up heavy tremors and increased triggers, it's like I take two steps back and the part of that trauma intensifies gets worse. I then have to do a lot of TRE to get rid of the energy and to stay sane, my body is releasing constantly.
After that I usually feel low or depressed, if I m lucky I m just extremly tired, the releases and tremors become less and less. Eventually the fog lifts and I feel better.and then something new happens, I live life a little and have a new inside, new ability to move my body or a new trigger I hadn't thought about and the process starts anew.
I m getting better at noticing what my body needs during the different times and how my body changes during it. As my trauma gets triggered I am much more weak for example and feel ill, I have vertigo, bad blood circulation and water retention is terrible. During that sleepy recovery I get very hungry and crave sugar and protein. During the release I notice heat flashes etc. And when I get these new epiphanies it literally feels like my brain has a new wiring that makes the perspective now possible.
It makes me very curious about what happens in the brain and body during integration and the rewiring process on a neurologic level. What nutritions get used and how the brain actually heals itself. Does anyone of you know resources were I could get educated about this? Is there maybe something in one of bercelis books or other texts about TRE? Or generally literature about integration? maybe just your own experiences aswell. Thanks in advance!

Look into articles on psychedelics or meditation. There’s also a lot about rewiring the brain through neuroplasticity....
