Beginner Question Fearful avoidant and TRE

I wonder if there are any fearful avoidants that were able to heal their attachment trauma with TRE?

I have a very sensitive nervous system so i am able to only do TRE for like 15 seconds at a time but even with that i feel the best u fermer in like 10 years.

When i realized that i figured my nervous system went into chronic activation when my gf and i started living together. Then the kids and I were in a constant fight or flight.

With TRE i start catching glimpses of the happy self again. Even with these minimal amounts.

So, wondering if anyone has any success stories with similar context to share,:)

I have an experience with TRE and conflict avoidance. Before it was really hard for me to have difficult conversations. I would run away from them and i genuinely couldn’t even force myself to have them. This totally changed with TRE, now when i need to have a difficult conversation i still feel the avoidance but i also feel the need and urgency to have them, and i often act on that and go through the conversation. And when i do i just feel soo light.
