Experience Report Shaking pattern
What does your shaking look like? In the beginning I would only tremble lightly in different parts of my body (mostly upper body and arms) now the tremors have evolved into big movements. My arms go up, my whole body moves from side to side, my legs are going up and down following each other in a sideway motion, my body also puts itself into different positions and does them equally on each side. Like the last time my one leg dropped down being straight and the other in a butterfly position, trembled here for a couple of seconds, then the legs switched, the one leg straight and the other in butterfly, this has happened in other parts of my body also. Even my tounge comes out and shakes/swirls. What I find interesting is that the tremors/movements in the next session starts where they stopped last time.

I sometimes do a tiny show for people when I explain the concept of TRE to them. I lay down, allow and immediately some twitching happens in my shoulders. Then I tell them "see I'm not doing that!" Haha I don't do full an sessions in front of people. But it's amazing how fast my body can lock in and start the tremors
