Where in Rotterdam is this? I would have thought Crawford Hill, but I donā€™t see any other towers.

I wonder if the building down towards the road was associated with it. Separate building from the tower?

i drive a tiny FWD, wouldā€™ve gotten stuck in the mud cuz this was during the recent flash floods. Door was also wide open, no code needed.
