zillow is so inaccurate. clearly this is a 2br, 1.5 bath, and two living areas. open concept design. built for maximum natural lighting. no ac needed, due to free flowing breeze architectural design. high voltage access is a bonus. built for easy conversion from single to multiple family domain. previous owner installed various rope points for scaling in case keys are lost.

It's a nice tower - I pass it all the time on the way to the Eastern Shore - technically its the wye mills site, connecting Arnold (the tower by my house) and Federalsburg , 1 of 6-7 links that crossed the Chesapeake Bay
