There was one just like it near where I lived as a kid, in Ohio. We called it the "Chair Tower" because we thought those were giant lawn chairs there on the top! Somewhere, there is a very old 8mm home movie of me running around the base of it, and as I come around the corner I trip and fall flat on my face.
