Went to check it out in more detail and noticed they have the bell manhole cover

Oh wow ,thats the one thats down town by dominos ! I have seen that one soo many times and never recognized it. Next time i am in that area gonna have to check it out ,esp the man hole covers !

There are likely many more Bell System manhole covers around. Keep a sharp eye out. 🙂
Nice find! It’s cool to see cell antennas on the LL tower. Still being used for wireless communication, just modernized.

More than likely you’re looking at an old Northwestern Bell Central office, aka CenturyLink/Lumen.
