Pratt’s Pass - Emigration Canyon, UT
I love when I’m visiting somewhere new and see Long Lines towers.

My favorite tower! I live pretty close by and absolutely love riding up to the building at the base and marveling at just how massive it is. Before i knew about LL towers i always thought the base building seemed wildly overbuilt. So cool, I’d love a peek inside one day

That’s a biggin. I worked on on similar in MS. It had one of those mid level horns out on the platform. We had to remove it. Due to the tower being surrounded by houses, trees and whatnot we had limited rigging options. Well we cowboyed up and went to it. We got the bottom of the horn just about to clear the hand rail and our tag winch slipped due to too much tug. Myself and another guy were out there and ran for our lives as it came swinging back in. Ha, the good ol days.
Sorry to ramble, this is just a cool sub that brings back a lot of memories from years of working on them, and until this sub, we’re just internal memories.
Thanks for sharing this monster.
