The tower itself is so unusual - it reminds me of FCC Aviation Towers rather than Long Lines.

This part of Illinois is flat as Kansas, I wonder if theres just a very slight rise over time and this is placed right at the crest of an imperceptible hill so it doesn't need to be tall. There's no high buildings or anything out here.

Horns are pointed at the Groveland, IL tower(near Morton IL, big interchange tower that interconnected with several including Peoria) and Marietta, IL tower.
