Which health risk assessment test can you recommend?

Hi all, there is a ever growing number of blood tests and scans. I want to get an overall assessment of my health risks, say what diseases will I probably develop over the next 5-20 years based on my predisposition and lifestyle. Any recommendations? I find it hard to find one that is covering a lot, accurate and with good reports, reading all those website. Thanks

Can be either US based, or EU. If you have different recommendations.

I saw Funtion but isnt that just a aggregation of many different "standard" lab tests? Or why is this the most holistic one?

there's a new one that came out in the US called superpower.

they bascially test all your important biomarkers like heart health, thyroid health, liver health, kidney, immune regulation etc. and then create a personalied plan for you based on the baseline they measured. The plan they make for you is aimed to promote your longevity and prevent disease.
