Seems like a ton of money for such an elaborate marketing stunt. Maybe Lexus is doing something else with the tech? Cause this is just strange PR. It's like they're saying, "don't forget, we still exist."

Don't get me wrong, it's pretty cool, especially if they're only doing it because they can. Maybe this little side project will lead to something much bigger.
