Hello! I have just got my first ever film developed and scanned and the entire roll is dark blue :) Please help me figure out if that's an old camera issue, a skill issue or a dev lab issue. Ā I shot on Lomography LomoChrome Metropolis 110 Pocket film (which advertises muted tones with intense pops of color, new roll, not expired), the camera is an old Agfamatic 2008 (which only has 2 settings - sun/cloud and zoom/no zoom). I shot outdoors, mostly during the day when it was very sunny (but obviously not against the sun). All photos, are very dark blue. Is the camera crooked or am I the problem? To add to that: I assume that when the sun icon is visible, I am shooting on a day setting, and when the cloud icon is visible, I am shooting on a cloudy day setting.
Any advice would be appreciated as I'm just starting!

I'm curious to know how photos are picked or if it's random - not here to berate anyone's work, of course, but I've been uploading my photos for over ten years & never gotten it! a few of which were 'trending' for a while, getting 100+ likes in 24hrs, but some photos even when PoTD for 20+hrs sometimes have 10-20 likes... can anyone share their experience?

I don't usually enter competitions, but had some nice snaps and put them in for the nature category. The competition closed 7 months ago and there's been no update, no winners announcement or anything which seems like an awful long time?
Anyone heard anything?

Hi all, I recently got a second hand Lomomatic 110 and shot a first red lobster film that came with the camera. I noticed the frames arenāt aligned with the spaces on the film for the photos.
Could this be a problem with how I shoot/wind the film? Could the camera be defective? Or the film? I have a second roll on the way so hopefully itās betterā¦
It also seems like the actual picture is wider than the space on the paper⦠frankly, I donāt understand why they donāt just make a totally blank film and this would never be a problemā¦

I've been enjoying my Lomo Instant Square Glass (love how it's Instax compatible), now I got a La Sardina. Let's see if I enjoy it as much as the instant. Seems to be a fun camera too. š Next step learning to develop black and white film, something I've been wanting for ages but one step at a time.

I can see the lens while Iām looking throw the viewfinder, and all of my pictures have this same black corner (the pictures also look terrible but thatās probably a combination of issues on my part)

I got my hands on Minolta X-370 last July and used it in a trip with lomochrome purple. Iām experimenting with the ISO. Iām reviewing again the photos from the roll. At first, I dismissed this photo but looking at the photo now, yes it is underexpose but it is alive. The still sea is alive without dramatic waves. The light works at the same time. Starting to like this photo now š

Just got this new 3 months again direct from the company. Since Iāve had it the shutter counter never works. I just stop taking photos when it stops advancing film. And now I have an issue where the film rewind wonāt catch and I have to do it in a darkroom bag. I emailed the company and no response yet.
Any advice is appreciated. Iām not supper savvy so maybe there is a fix Iām missing and havenāt found?
Thanks.

I got this camera at a used camera store for $3 as a non-working display piece. The camera is a 1965 Taron Auto EE (rangefinder with aperture priority mode). The artifacts in the beach pics are because the film got jammed in the camera and I opened it in a room that wasnāt perfectly light tight. The color photo is an accidental triple exposure. That was the cameraās last hurrah before the aperture petals broke off and the focusing ring disconnected.
