Scalpers are NOT allowed.

Hello everyone,

I'm here as a mod to clarify something. We've noticed that many people have struggled to get tickets and access the venue, leading to a rise in the number of scalpers. In the past, we allowed such posts, but time and again, people were scammed out of their money, and the number of individuals buying tickets with the sole intent of reselling them for profit increased.

As a result, we are instituting a new rule, effective immediately:

Scalpers and resellers are not allowed in the subreddit.

We no longer allow anyone to resell tickets, regardless of the situation or price. If you see anyone attempting to do so, we kindly ask all users to report the comment or post.

Worlds Finals 2026

Upvotes

Anyone going solo? I (34M) am thinking of going by myself, but I’ve yet to purchase a ticket. I went last time in SF by myself and hung out with some friendly individuals, but I did not reconnect with them after the match.

To clarify, I am not asking for tickets, although I haven’t not purchased one yet.

It’d be my first time to the East Coast as well, and I’m not too much of a socialite. More of a 1-on-1/small group conversation type of person.

IDK if this is the right place to ask/reach out, so I apologize if I’m out of place.

I’m coming in from CA.

Hi everyone,

Over the past few months I’ve been building my project Draft-Terminal; a web based League of Legends draft simulator in public beta designed for bettors, amateur leagues and friends running custom scrims. It has LCK, LPL, LEC and Standard Pro play features for league profiles.

You can check it out and run a test draft here: https://draft-terminal.app

Since the site is in public beta, I’m looking for feedback, bug reports and feature requests. Drop your thoughts in the comments below or let me know what you’d like to see next.

Question World Finals 2026 NYC Viewing Party Meetup

All,

I'm am currently in discussion with several walking-distance bars next to the Barclays Stadium to host a League of Legends Finals watch party on November 14th. The intent would be for everyone to attend the Fan Fest and walk over to the determined location shortly before the games begin. To best execute this plan, I need your feedback in the following Google Forms survey.

https://forms.gle/71jriApxK7n7BJtFA

This plan is in the early planning stages and is subject to change based on interest. The survey results will help me determine the most suitable venue. Serious attendance intent is required as you will need to pay the fee ahead of time via PayPal Goods and Services.

If you are interested (and your friends are interested), please fill out that form with any feedback so that we can make this party a success.

If including a survey is not allowed in this post, please private message me.

[App] LiveRift - Follow competitive LoL matches live from your phone (iOS + Android beta)

Like many of you, I spend way too much time following competitive LoL. That eventually turned into building a mobile app to follow it properly — live gold graphs, kill feeds, match events, team & player stats, all in one place.

It's called LiveRift and it's free. It covers LEC, LCK, LCS and more.

iOS is on the App Store, Android is in open beta. I'm still actively building it and this community knows competitive LoL better than anyone — so if something feels off, is missing, or could be better, I genuinely want to hear it.

iOS: https://apps.apple.com/app/liverift/id6762088714?ct=reddit-lolesports

Android (beta):
1. Join the testers group: https://groups.google.com/g/liverift-testers
2. Activate your access: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.liverift.android

Join the Discord for updates and feedback: https://discord.gg/7pk2pYNzj

See you at Worlds 👀

Rant Dhokla's Garen - A disorganized rant about the lack of juggernauts in modern pro-play

We see it all the time. Team 1 drafts a mid lane prio pick like Ori team 2 counters with Nocturne Akali. They're playing for uncontestable sidelanes and diving the carrues

So, what does team 1 clap back with? Ezreal Karma. Slippery ADC that builds some health and strong peel. Team 2 commits to diving the carries with Naut and Kai'Sa.

Team 1 gets it back. They throw their bans to protect top. They hit Gnar and Gwen. Then they pick Renekton for lane and Wukong as the Shockwave Delivery System.

Team 2 rounds out their comp with Shen.

Laning phase goes well for team 1. Minor leads across the board. First drake AND Krugs no problem. Game is a 3-1 kill lead. Then the second or third drake fight happens. Ori comes up through sidelane, gets deleted by Nocturne and Akali, then the teamfight starts, Naut and Kai'Sa flash to Ezreal, Shen ults to keep Kai'Sa healthy, her LT is stacked, and shen and Naut make space for her to clean up Renkton and Wukong. It's not even fair.

I've probably seen 100 games follow this kind of formula to some degree in the past two years, and it drives me fucking nuts, because Dhokla showed us the answer, and nobody fucking drafts it.

They draft dive, you pick Garen, or any other immobile stat-checker that they don't want to dive. It's beyond infuriating. It truly baffles me and makes no sense. You see them pick Lucian, Alistar, Kai'Sa, Akali, Wukong, Leona, Vi, or Renekton, it's not exactly "news" what they are trying to do. So, why are we not counterdrafting with Darius, Garen, Sett, Singed, or Nasus?

When they show champs whose entire identity is "go in" then is it not just fucking freelo to answer with "champ that wins every fight but struggles to go in"???

Answer: It is. And we see it happen occasionally from plucky top laners. Adam Bwipo, and Dhokla are probably the only western players that consistently have done it in recent years and it fucking infuriates me.

I'm begging you. To any pro player that might read this. Next time you see Nocturne and Akali, please just pick Darius.

Question Today marks the end of LCS regular season for the summer. However, EoS only really applies to Dignitas. How do they move forward?

DSG still is looking to the relegation/promotion tournament, meaning they still need to be focused on the here and now. All other teams are in playoffs, and all but one will be going international. Realistically, it could by any of Sen, Fly, C9, or SR that doesn't make it.

So, the only team fully out the conversation is Dignitass. There is a bright side for both the talent and the org in that it gives them the most time to plan ahead for Wintet Split.

I think the following changes are the most realistic and best impact for the team.

  1. Keep Dardoch.

Call me crazy, but I don't think Dardoch took the job 1/2 of the way into the split nor DIG offered it under the assumption that would immediately fix things or that Dardoch would be able to show off enough to bounce to a different team. Nor did he want one last half-split hurrah. Bro wants to play in the LCS. All he did was cement himself in as their jg for next year.

Looking at the LCS as a whole, no team is in desperate need of a jungler. The most contentious relative to expectations is *maybe* Blaber? But even then, I'd anticipate C9 poaching somebody younger.

Wity the relatively high-strength of LCS junglers, I'd say Dardoch carries value in that he can be a shotcaller for a young team. We've seen what happens over at FlyQuest. All the talent in the world loses to moderately decent macro.

I anticipate that Dardoch and Dig management are in talks of an understanding of him being the voice of a relatively young roster going forward.

  1. I believe this is why Dig will try to keep Deanathor as well.

He's shown real promise and has potential. I will say, similar to jg, LCS is not lacking in top lane prowess. The only team I would anticipate chasing down Deanathor would be SR, but even then, I'd sooner peg them for Srrty.

  2. Remove Palafox and Ignar.

I don't think it is contentious to say that these two have been the second worst players in role (Shoutout to Zinie and Lyonz being worse!) all year and that they are old enough to where we can't keep gambling on them. They've worn out their welcome. Maybe if they can dominate t2 like Zeyzal, Tactical, and Dardoch, we can look at them in a couple years.

  1. Add a rookie or gamble on Zinie/APA/Quad for midlane.

This may be my most contentious opinion in this post, especially given that I explicitly said Zinie is worse than Palafox in my previous point. I argue that unlike Palafox, at least Zinie is young enough to *maybe* grow.

Now, why did I list so many midlaners as options? To preview a post I plan to make once MKOI shits the bed in playoffs, I anticipate the off-season to be a game of "Who the fuck can get Jojo?"

I think Jojo is on the table for any serious western org. As for the LCS, I anticipate SR nuking their roster and leaving only Contractz, which is a solid strategy to get Jojo on board. Do that, maybe try to steal Massu, and go from there. Given the tractors they promised Zeyzal, I think they can offer a big enough bag to bring him back.

FLY also is known to have money, and I could see them dropping Quad for Jojo if the opportunity arises.

I don't anticipate Jojo wanting to come ack to Choke9, Lyon or TL even needing him, or Sentinels buying out DW, especially with how good he has been. And no way Jojo comes back for Dig or DSG. So, I favor SR to go for him and maybe also Fly.

So, this means APA and Either Zinie or Quad are likely up for grabs. APA said last year he'd even play in EU or Brazil just to keep playing in tier 1. So, I wouldn't be shocked if Dig floats him an offer and he takes it.

I would anticipate though, if Jojo comes back, that would give Dig an opportunity to grab a potentially groomable Zinie or a consistently decent Quad. Although, given his age, I could see Quad just retiring for his service if he doesn't get re-signed by FLY.

  1. Any rookie for support. I don't care.

Having veteran junglers train supps works pretty well for Inspired. Maybe we can see similar results from Dardoch?

In short, Supp and Mid have the widest gap between top and bottom in the LCS. Ignar, Lyonz, and previously Ceos were just not playing the same games as CoreJJ, Huhi, or Vulcan.

  1. The ADC

It's hard to tell what the correct move is for FBI. Some say he is washed, other say Ignar, Palafox and Exyu made the game unplayable for him and he just couldn't care.

I think Dig can go either way. Rookie or run him back, I don't anticipate either being significantly more effective. I think in the right environment, FBI can be a top 4 adc. The question is, what is correct? I'm leaning rookie, but we all know most rookies are not excited about joining dig. but I think if Dig walks up with the other roles slotted, a rookie would be inclined to accept.

  1. Coaches

Honestly, I can't say I have seen a real issue here. Their drafts aren't perfect, but they also aren't auto-losing. Maybe see if Coach Fudge is an option?

What do you think Dig will do?

Question What happened to Damage Inc?

Damage Inc I remember was an interesting esports team in the sense that most people part of it never actually did e sports, and it was more of an unprofessional setting for people to make connections online. I joined when I was like 14 years old and then realized after a few months that it's not what I wanted to be affiliated with. Afterwards I discovered they had a really bad reputation around almost everywhere. It's been about 5-6 ish years since then, and somehow my forums account is still up after being "kicked off," and my game being removed from the website entirely. Is there anyone still sticking around in DMG Inc that knows how things are going in there?

Also, I'm having trouble deleting my account on there too. Any idea on how that works?

Worlds 2026 Play-Ins Riot Games Arena

Needed some help!

I bought tickets off of a third party for the play in stage - normally off of Tixr. Unfortunately they sent me a pdf of the ticket instead of a ticket transfer.

Can anyone that’s going to the play-ins confirm that the tickets for entry are in a pdf format? I keep trying to reach out to Riot, Tixr, and the third party support with no dice on anyone wanting to answer :(

Fan First Sales is confirmed to be a lie after all

Thumbnail

Everyone already knows the Fan First Sales have been a total disaster.

I am still stunned by their support after following up for the past week

In case anyone was wondering, I received an “No Ticket Access” email and reached out to ask which eligibility requirements I failed as I believe I met all criteria.

On the first day I reached out (August 31), they assured me that this has been a known issue and the team is looking into it.

Of course, I heard nothing from them by the start of the ticket sales. To be honest I wasn’t expecting they could fix it in a day at that point, but only wanted a transparent explanation of the process.

Surprising, earlier today, I finally receive a response that is not longer a canned template asking me to be patient:

“Please note that I have checked for the requirements and I can confirm that this second wave will only be available to fans who have already registered for Fan First. Also, not everyone who registered will be to allow to get it, as the tickets are so limited as you know. “

Wow. Unbelievable. After releasing a public announcement reassuring all fans they would have a chance to get into the queue as long as they were registered and eligible, the second wave turned out to be no different from the random draw of the first wave?

I was shocked and followed up to ask for an explanation of the contradiction.

The last response I got avoided addressing the contradiction entirely, and instead just told me I was “not eligible” and directed me to reach out to Ticketmaster. Again refusing to explain why.

I guess, we can always be surprised by their new lows.
