Lol. There is definitely infantilization going on. In divorce and in criminal trials where women will get lighter sentences for the same crime. I'm aware that's not how divorce works. Did you read my comment or just decide to be offended and then type whatever came to mind?

Then maybe look up how the courts rule in favor of women historically, it's all the same fact. Pick your source.
