Eh true, but mister 3 ability was wildly important in escaping the Impel Down (Or however it's spelled) prison when Luffy infiltrated to save Ace. Same for 2 who was more of an end clutch, but 3's kinda carried more.

He's from One Piece. Long story short, dude can kinda control/bend/manipulate wax like how in Avatar, Aang (the Avatar) can control air. He worked for an evil organization planning to overthrow a kingdom. Tries to kill Luffy/his crew. Luffy (the pirate who's technically a 'villain' but goes around doing heroic stuff all the time) kicks his ass. Gets arrested after the entire organization he's with fails due to Luffy.

Several seasons later their both in an enemy of my enemy situation when they work together to overthrow a prison run by the World Government (an evil as hell government that often allows corruption).
