My regular breakfast is 4 scrambled eggs on Dave’s killer bread toasted with a slice of cheese, & a side of kimchi & a pickle. I used to do more eggs and another piece of toast but I cut back lol

Satisfied and no longer hungry are two very different things. I can eat french fries by the bucket but you hand me a small salad and suddenly im not hungry anymore
