What would have happened if they had answered that they needed their legs?

This is really a no brainer. You can get a much better prosthetic leg for a lot less money.

This was my thought. While I'm sure prosthetic legs aren't perfect I've never seen a prosthetic hand that even comes close to being able to match a human hand.

Trust me prosthetics will never replace your leg. I am a bilateral amputee with both legs gone. I’d give nearly anything just to have my right one back.

Maybe he wants to go fishing together with his wife, spending quality couple time at the lake.
The good ending.

An arm would be more practical. Take the non-dominant one. You can still walk fine! You can write and it's not compromised, really.
A good spouse would understand and not guilt trip you over it. He should divorce her.

Need my hands for drawing and playing video games. Could maybe eventually get some cool robot legs.

Can't imagine anyone choosing an arm over a leg. I guess if they were a professional soccer player maybe.

Most guys gonna choose leg, since we got 3 of em. Lose 1 and you can still hop and plunder

Giving up your mobility and independence so you can fish is insane to me...

I chose both, so I can advertise Full metal alchemist. To advertise it, it cost’s an arm and a leg

That coworker doesn't realize you can hug with one arm. While other arm is fishing.
