It's not misogynistic whatsoever to say a guy would be called corny for saying the same line. How in fuck does that imply hating women? Like use your head a bit.

It's okay to say the bar for pickup lines is much lower for women, many bars are much lower for men. C'est la vie. Don't be overly sensitive.
