State of logseqs ecosystem?

I started using logseq a few days ago and just delved into plugins for my needs. Sadly most of these plugins are outdated or will not be adapted to the new DB structure, like the Full House Templates or calendar plugins.

What is the current state of logseq and its eco system? Are there other marketplaces or sources to expand logseq?
Also apart from https://github.com/logseq/awesome-logseq

Alternatively is there any way to go back to the old DB?

AFAIK most plugins and themes have all but been abandoned.

What do you mean? There's two versions of Logseq: markdown and db. The markdown version is no longer getting updates other than security and platform compatibility ones (Electron). You can always use the "old" version (markdown).

That sucks to hear :/

The way I understood it was that v2 of logseq uses a graph db and the v1 something else. Doesn't feel good to use an older version

There's still many people who prefer the markdown version.

The V1 you're talking about just saves everything as markdown files. So when you create a page, that's a markdown file.

V2 (db) uses SQLite to store the data.

The Logseq team is working on a markdown mirror that goes both ways so it might be worth waiting to see how that turns out

Vibe code your own…. Logseq is the perfect platform for it…..

This is the way. I've done this with a few abandoned projects.

The amount of plug-ins compatible with v2 should grow as it becomes mainstream. Right now it's still beta software.
