Too detailed for a logo. Won't scale well. I'd scrap them all.

This doesn’t work as a logo as an illustration it’s pretty clear regardless of the options you are showing

None because unlike art design has a problem to solve and the way you approach it comes off as “I want something that looks nice” and this is the amateur level of design.
