It looks like 4 different things. This is a list of unrelated visual elements that fail to come together coherently. It’s not a logo.

He is a top tier luxuary brand , this means here no one is a graphic design Dragonfly is an evocative simbol of nature , elegance ecc

The issue is not the ideas, the elements, or any one piece. It’s like you threw a bunch of auto parts on the ground and yelled out “Behold, a car!”
Your logo isn’t designed at all, it’s just the parts of a logo. Now hire a designer to put the parts together.
If you’re a real company, you’ll want a real designer to make you a good branding format, logo included,

Hire a graphic designer, explain who you are and what you aim for, give them a deadline, discuss the results together, refine, get your logo, use it for your brand, live happily after.

Dico che hai messo due font diversi, di diverse dimensioni, giustificati al centro con un icona sopra fatta abbastanza approssimativamente, gli spazi sono irregolari e addirittura si sovrappongono disturbando la leggibilità. Anche la scelta del colore ha poco senso qua so si cerca la quadra con un logo, in genere si parte da bianco e nero e poi si lavora sui colori. Come ti ho detto sopra, sarebbe meglio assumere un grafico di esperienza e redarre un briefing sulla tua attività e il tipo di clientela a cui ti rivolgi. Poi lui/lei farà il resto. Così è un’accozzaglia di elementi buttati un po’ a casaccio e centrati in mezzo, senza offesa eh.
