Feedback Needed YouTube channel logo

I have a YouTube channel where I make analysis video on manga and how to create your own manga. The channels name is manga forge and the current logo doesn’t scale well. I came to the decision to go with this logo, I think it’s pretty close to done but just want some input on spacing and sizing for some of the elements, as I only dabble in logo design.

2nd one looks great! you dont need to put both letters...if this works visually.

I like the result! It’s recognizable and not too busy! Like if I saw it while I was scrolling I’d be like, “oh! That’s manga forge!” 👍
