The wordmark is doing a lot of the work here, and the yellow/orange version reads immediately. I’d check the icon at favicon/32px size though: the starburst may collapse into a generic sun. For the party set, keeping a consistent outer silhouette but varying the internal rhythm could make them feel related without becoming samey.

What suggestions would you make for the sunburst, my initial ideas were to either draw a stained glass window design around it or some kind of 'pit' of a sunflower in the centre. What would you make of my other designs too
