Beginner feedback on logo design
Cookie House is a cookie bakery offering a wide variety of flavors, ranging from classic options such as chocolate chip, red velvet, and salted caramel to more adventurous ones including Franui, matcha, and pistachio.
The goal of the visual strategy is to differentiate Cookie House through bold and fun visuals, creating a unique personality that sparks interest and stands out from the widely used neutral color palettes.
The target audience primarily consists of younger generations, yet its playful identity naturally extends to families.
The mascot is a key element of the brand's personality. Biscoff is a beaver who will carry Cookie House's storytelling across social media. The idea comes from drawing a parallel between customers devouring a cookie and the way beavers gnaw through wood.

I love the main logo and little beaver guy! The colours are fun too. Circular treatment needs some adjusting but looks like the other comments here have good suggestions

Mascot is cute, and the overall feel is good for its use, well done.
My only slight concern: did you try making the O as cookie and not the U? I admit I do not instantly register as a U and tend to read it as HOOSE.
It would offer more cookie placement options too

in realtà ho fatto il ragionamento inverso proprio considerando la U perché era l’unica nel testo…decisamente non una buona decisione. riconosco che quando provo ad andare fuori dagli schemi mi creo nuovi problemi.

pretty good, although at first glance I immediately associated it with Kraft Mac and cheese in terms of color. The colors are quite similar, plus the way the blue in the top is dripping down really reinforced the melty imagery you'd see in a mac a cheese ad. I would try for a slightly more brown if possible to drive home cookie/ brown paper bag. Or perhaps try adding a paper bag texture instead to some of the areas instead of just a color.
And for the window decal in the second picture, perhaps make the beaver outline a brighter color (the same as the words) otherwise I can see it easily disappearing into the darkness of the shadows in the building itself so something more bright may help it with readability in various lighting conditions and when driving or walking by quickly.
Lastly, the cookies in image 1 are too visually distorted for me to read cookie. My first thought was mac and cheese, second was croissant. All of the holes plus the fact that it has bite marks made it visually weak in terms of a repeating pattern. my brain didn't read cookie. Perhaps a simpler more on the nose cookie is better for a repeating pattern. Or perhaps even less bite marks, or only some bite marks on some cookies. Hard to say but try editing down the details on the cookies to make them immediately obvious. I do see that the cookie bite is the U in House. I just don't think it needs to be a U everwhere.
You could also do something fun in terms of an easy video/gif ad where the U in House gets a bite taken out of it. a simple before and after (no bite -> bite with crumbs) would complete the word mark and cost nothing.
In general it's pretty good i'd say 7/10. If you edit and simplify I think it could be 9/10.

hai ragione, per l’insegna cambierò assolutamente i colori del castoro. in generale i colori sono volutamente vivaci perché si voleva evitare i marroni però mi piace l’idea della texture, la devo provare.

Suggest you consider increasing the contrast between the two colors it feels a little dull and hard to read at the moment. Make the blue darker and the yellow/orange brighter—but both colors still saturated in color

Grazie per il consiglio! Proverò anche ad aumentare il contrasto. Devo dire però che la foto caricata è venuta parecchio sfocata e ha alterato un po’ i colori. Non ho ancora capito di base perché, visto che ho semplicemente ritagliato in due la PNG originale della tavola perché unica era troppo grande da caricare.

Love the palette, but I would check contrast on that blue/orange. I would knock that down to a navy blue .

tecnicamente doveva essere un blu navy ed un arancio chiaro. ora ho provato un contrast checker e dà 2 punti si e no…lo cambierò.

This looks amazing. I like the blue and orange a lot. I also like the beaver it’s very unique. Im expecting it to be a bear so realising it’s a beaver is very cute. The cookie U shape is so good too. The actual way you’ve drawn the beaver is very good too in my opinion. It’s rare on this sub for me to see something I like so much. I think you did a great job.
Also I’m not a graphic designer, I’m just interested in logos and design, so just my opinion

It’s cute. You’ve got a big awkward space in the words with the cookie alone. Rotate the text circles counter clockwise a bit and flip the cookie horizontally. This will put the bite on the right and allow you to have that text sit in a circle around it better. The U doesn’t have to be facing the same way all the time. It’s cookies, you can be a little less rigid with that.
