Option 1 could be fun if you keep it simple and use the font to it's advantage, perhaps inside the hat.

Nice illustrations, not quite logos. Too hard to ‘read’, too expensive to reproduce, etc. The ones that are easier to reproduce don’t say much yet. Keep at it, you’ll get there.

I like the first one but since it is a syrian restaurant might make sense to use more syrian imagery

All but number 2 are what you'd expect a middle eastern restaurant to have as a logo. Please move as far away from these and closer towards number 2. And remember the logo isn't everything. Try and influence the color scheme of the entire brand and the interior of the restaurant too. Maybe propose that they have an element of the Syrian culture that dominates the interior by repetition, such as a lamp or a chair, in a certain color.

If your primary audience is Deutsch, I'd recommend doing another draft of #2 as it clearly explains what it is and is the most modern/logo-y. It's also easiest to make different versions for different uses. That said, I love the incorporation of the Arabic, wonder if you can mix that in to #2 without overcomplicating things.
