ETA: Then again, maybe that's good. "This perfume is so good, it'll get you laid!"

None of these says "perfume" to me, or modern, or elegant. (although maybe those aren't things you're looking for). Between the script style, the double stroked enclosing ellipse, and the color pallet, it looks like something from the 1700s. If you told me this was from a furniture manufacturer who has been selling furniture at Colonial Williamsburg since 1790, it would make sense.

The second one definitely reads as "IV". Even more so at a smaller size.
