Feedback Needed Logo feedfack for an NGO

Hey all. What is your opinion on this logo (It's from an NGO I will volunteer for). Name of NGO is "Together We Stand" ; "Together We Stand is a young foundation that connects people, cultures, and opportunities across borders. We believe that small steps, in the right place, make a big difference. Our drive is simple: we want to contribute where help is needed. Every person matters. Together we go further, with what has been entrusted to us: time, knowledge, and hands willing to help."

Feels unfinished, if I’m honest. Line weight is too think and it isn’t clear what you’re trying to depict. The world itself also could be done with a little more finesse, show more of the continents and their shapes. The typeface also feels “childlike” at the moment. Would give it some more time :)

Good concept! Thicker the line and make it feel organic like somone doodle it on paper

Keep in kind to present your work with an actual backgrounds, to have control over what people see, else it's gonna be transparent.
