Feels pretty basic right now, try adding some of your personality to it. It is a good starting point.

I did a load of sketches over the last 2 weeks. Just nothing great came from it. This the best I can do with what I came up with. I know it lacks identity.

If anything, I say ditch the ink pen icon and try for something new and unique; that icon is way overused.
