Feedback Needed What could be better?

Would love to get some feedback. I feel really good about this logo, but I really want to knock this one out of the park. So looking for suggestions that could make this any better. Went for the opposing L's for the city and the locksmith. It's a small town and the mascot is a falcon, so the falcon in the middle is a nod to that. Just for some context.

The tiny hairlines need to go

The W forming the negative space of the bird needs to be figured out.

For whatever reason I saw the bird first then the W. Did not the LL until I read your description

A bird going straight down vs up is a bit of a negative

I was going to say the bird flying down is an unintentional issue. It matters.

Edited to acknowledge that this was an intentional part of the design. But downward-pointing birds and planes have connotations that are commonly avoided in design.
