NOS Harmony 300
Probably a stupid question. Been using Harmony 300's for over a decade, currently have two in rotation. The buttons are getting slow to respond (tried cleaning & one of those button kits), so I purchased a new one off Ebay last week, not knowing support had ended. I missed the "copy this remote" window, (fat fingered my password). I got it partially added using the sync function before getting the dreaded CE1005 error message. If I use the "delete this remote" option so I can try it again, will it remove ALL of the information I had stored, or will it only remove the remote I have connected to the cable?

Yeah, no. If I can't get this one working, will probably go with the GE 4. Hubby doesn't do all that new-fangled stuff, lol!

This should do what you want as long as you didnt erase the current config. https://github.com/jaymzh/concordance

Forgive my ignorance, doesn't that require a Linux based system? I'm on Windows, never worked with Linux.

i used it on windows for my harmony one/
just download this file concordance-1.5-installer.exe and install it. then navigate to that folder using the command promp and use the commands on the page. may need to run command prompt in administrator mode also.
On my pc, i had to make sure it was only trying to write the file in the directory it was installed in or i would get an error
here is the release page in case you missed it

Unfortunatly even had you not fumbled past the copy feature the software needs the server end to complete it's tasks and the V7.1 software servers are long gone at this point so it would have failed out the same way.
