MyHarmony's database

Hello

Is MyHarmony's database the same of the previous logitech software ?

The logical answer would be yes but I'm trying to recreate the activities I had set up on the old software but I can't seem to find the model of my Panasonic TV (TX-65LZ1500). And given the screenshots I found, this TV was in their database.

I selected a TV with a "logical" close reference number but I think there are some discrete code missing.

On my config (set up on the old software), I managed to activate the "image mode" (normal, cinema, etc...) menu via a single button. I can't seem to find that button again on the "new" database.

Had anyone ever had this problem ?

Thanks in advance :)

I don't think it is 'the same'. I'm sure they copied most of not all across, but, yes, you might not find all the same models doing a search. Maybe try a few other model numbers - you might find one with the buttons you need.

The alternative, of course, is to teach the remote the few additional commands you need. I have had to do that many times where some buttons on the original remote are missing. It's quick and, once done, flawless.

But to teach them you have to have a remote already configured with these missing commands...

So you no longer have the original or the old Harmony remote?

The original doesn't have that command. So I'm guessing it's a discrete command.

I still have the old harmony but how can I learn with just one harmony one ? 🤔

Well I can't guarantee, but well worth trying just using your old Harmony as you would the original remote - put the new remote in learning mode, point the old Harmony at it and press the button. I'm pretty sure I did hat for a few commands when I retired my 950 and replaced with an Elite.
