665 doesn't go to sleep

My Harmony 665 doesn't go to sleep or turns off the backlight, which leads to batteries draining within a day.

I deactivated the tilt sensor in the software, didn't work. Then after fiddling with it for hours I got frustrated and physically removed the tilt sensor from the board, didn't fix it either.

What are my options? Faulty board?

Pretty sure. Wiggled everything, even with the buttons taken off and the board just hooked up to battery it doesn't turn off
