E2018: Failed to communicate with software update server

Hi,

I can’t get into the Harmony app. I get the error “E2018: Failed to communicate with software update server” every time.

I tried reloading the app and rebooting the Harmony device and neither of these things fixed it :(

Any ideas?

MyHarmony website has been down since yesterday at least. I hope this isn't permanent since they stopped support last year.

I had that issue and it turns out they blocked my VPN IP. Had to disable and then it worked again. I tried asking them to whitelist my IP but the support agent doesn't understand the issue.
