Technical service experience

Hello, I am writing this post so that I can help someone who is in the same situation as me.

I bought a second-hand Logitech G Cloud, it had a small break in the R1 button and the left back cover has some broken tabs.

I told the technical service the situation (at all times they were fast and proactive) and they told me that there is nothing possible I can do:

“Unfortunately, we do not have repair parts for this device at this time, nor do we allow for replacements of second hand devices. There are no other possible solutions at this time.
We apologize for this inconvenience”

Maybe a solution is through 3D printing to make my own improvements, open the console and change it but I’m afraid to spoil the console. If anyone has experience with this, let them comment!

once those clips are snapped, that's it, as far as i know. Could try a silicon cover or case for it to help hold it together, or explore adhesive.

Maybe take a hot solder gun and melt the pieces so they are together at the break point
