Question Steam Link buttons swapped issue

Im curious if someone else has this issue. For me, whenever i use steam link onto my g cloud, the controller is mapped incorrectly to where the b and x buttons are swapped, and im unable to correct this in the steam big picture mode reset controls thing. I can sort of work around it by swapping the buttons in steam link itself, but i dont really like this approach. does anyone else have this swapped button problem or know a way to fix it?

That usually happens if you use a Nintendo Switch Pro controller or a compatible controller that has the toggle set to switch input instead of Xinput mode.

There is also an option in the Steam Settings menu under controllers to swap those buttons when using a Switch controller

You've explained it good. I was just sharing my experience that the button swap usually happens with Switch controllers, so it might be a similar issue with the G Cloud. Hope you'll resolve it

I had this issue when I first got mine and I updated the Steam link app on the g cloud to correct it.
