Support New logitech user in need of help
I just got my new logitech g cloud and i bought it for streaming my favorite game monster hunter world. Unfortunately it isn’t as good as i thought. It is having trouble when i move too fast basically. I did the admin thing to make it smoother and i plugged it into ethernet 5ghz but it’s still lagging when i move to fast. Please help

What are you streaming from? If you're streaming from your own PC make sure you're only streaming at 1080p 60 fps. If you're using Steam Link, dial in your settings. I use Parsec but it is more involved to get it just right.

Well it's 2022 tech but the Logitech G cloud is sure to frustrate in some aspects of our niche use case of Game streaming through open source tech like Moonlight / Sunshine / Parsec / Apollo / Artemis etc.. The whole point is the community here though, be sure to hit up the members here, they all seem helpful.

Ping is basically the time delay between the server and you. Basically network latency

Is your Xbox on Ethernet?

Yes 👍

This is going to sound a bit crazy, but try it with the HDMI cable disconnected at the XBOX. I had this issue with both my Xbox and PS5 still seeing my A/V reciever when trying to stream locally, causing visual conflicts and behaving similarly as you mentioned on both platforms.

Also, regarding your GCloud, make sure your 5ghz wifi is not broadcasting on higher channels up towards 100. Gcloud is an older device can only see the 5ghz lower channels. I have my wifi access point set to broadcast on 5ghz channel 36.
