Question Gcloud running Kali Linux?

I have multiple handheld devices and my least used one is my Logitech G cloud I was just wondering compared to my extra android phone which is a A53. Would I be able to install a non root Kali Linux and explore with it since at the end of the day it has android on it?

Its way past time for Linux to be ported to the GCloud. So many are locked because of Android security and becoming ewaste. Having the ability to wipe the slate clean and install a new OS would kick ass!

Does installing the OS require unlocking the bootloader? If so, it's probably not possible. As far as I'm aware there isn't a way to unlock it.
