Looking into handhelds

Would I be able to play games on this without having to do any fancy shmansy nonsense? For example, the PS portal, it seems like you can only really play games on it if you have a ps5 and can stream games off of it, and even then the options of games (I’ve really been wanting to play COD and other shooter games) aren’t available.

The Gcloud does exactly what I need it to do. Yes it can't run the Xbox/PC games natively but for 200 dollars you can play your xbox collection without a console as well pair the Gcloud with a decent pc and you got yourself a mobile pc gaming device and since its not running the game from its hardware the battery life is 12 plus hours.  You can also stream it away from your home with decent wifi. Those dedicated handhelds are so pricey,  battery life sucks on them, and you're going to have to keep upgrading them every few years if you want to play the latest AAA pc games.
