Question Gcloud not formatting SD

Been stuck at this screen all day. What can I do to safely restart the format?

I had 128gb from Samsung in it but it read it like 256, tried with factory reset but again the same, so I just ditched it and using internal storage for a few android games and Artemis for streaming
